Ad Banners on the web site

The committee voted to allow sales of advertising space on the web site.

A small banner (approximately 50 pixels high by 500 pixels wide) representing the advertiser will appear on the top right portion of the current site banner. The ad banner will be linked to the ad's web site and the banners will cycle with each site page that is accessed (or reloaded), with the exception of the Bulletin Board.

Actual costs have not been determined yet but all procedes will go toward the Reunion.

More banner ad details:

People who buy the ads do not necessarily have to be in our graduating classes. If you think you know of a business that would like to be a sponsor to our reunion, have them contact me or Randy.

The cost to display a banner ad through the date of the Reunion is a flat fee of $50. In addition to the banner ad, there is a sponsor page (link on Reunion site) that lists the sponsors with a brief description of their business or service.

This is the information that I need to add a banner ad:
1. Banner Image
2. URL for the web site that will be linked to the banner
3. Point of Contact (POC)
4. E-mail for the POC
5. Description of the business or service
