I have closed the cvrfitness website as I found a new fomat, Also I decided not to continue my relationship with IdealHealth so that link is no good either.

I still run my Training Service just not so much the online business, with the Economy down my business is slow so I am focusing hard on training for my first All Natural Bodybuilding competition wish me luck, and if I can help or give anyone any advice just give me a call ( the phone number has not changed and if you dont have it we are listed in the book, or of course thru the many outlets here and on the web)
